This is a wonderful gym! I can't believe they get so much packed into such a small space. I love that I can always find the equipment I need for my workout and I know it will be well maintained. They have plenty of the equipment you'd expect to see in a gym this size and some surprises too (tire flip, inversion bench, stretching chairs, etc). I also appreciate that they have space for stretching and floor excercises, where alot of other gyms in the area have filled them with equipment or don't have them at all. Plenty of pin machines, free weights, cable machines, and axcessory equipment to meet any gym goers needs. The clientele and staff are welcoming to all people.

Great gym with modern equipment and a clean environment. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was motivating. A very good place to work out and stay fit.

Gym is clean and staff is nice, but when canceling a membership for month to month you’ll be charged a whole month without being able to go to the gym for that month?? They said it was because the system is old, I feel like that’s something they should fix lol, $45 is $45. I couldn't even workout for the rest of this month which I already paid for? Something isn't right.

By far this is the best gym in castle rock. The equipment is the best in town, it’s clean, and it’s actually open 24 hours a day. The owners take really good care of this gym.
