I'm Matthew Grippo and I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist. I've been involved in physical fitness and training for over 8 years and have been operating my training business Get A Grip Fitness since 2019. I specialize in strength and conditioning, Post Physical Therapy, Weight Loss, and corrective exercises. I've helped over 50 people with their fitness goals, enabling me to work with a variety of different clients! I train people here at Balance Fitness but also am able to travel to wherever you need to train!





STU Schaefer

Stu Schaefer is a 20-year award-winning weight-loss coach and bestselling author.  He specializes in helping people reset their body so they can lose weight like they did in their 20s.  Stu struggled with anorexia in his teens, and when he overcame his eating disorder he realized he wanted to help people create their perfect body in a healthy, sustainable way.  Since then, Stu has helped thousands of people all over the world transform their body - and empower themselves to create massive success in their life.

Mario Gallegos

Mario is CPR/AED Certified and NASM CPT. He has been applying himself for 4 years and specializes in Beginner and Intermediate Lifting, Injured, post injury recovery, corrective mobility training, and deconditioned individuals.
